Craig Heaton has over 30 years experience in the property industry. Initially commencing his career in Architecture, Craig progressed to project management and then to Development Management and he has held senior roles with major national and multinational companies.

He is a collaborative team player with strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills and is experienced in leading and directing large teams on complex large scale projects.

With his extensive experience he is skilled in identifying solutions to fit specific project and business needs, blending commercial acumen with a strong technical understanding. With a career that has incorporated design, project documentation, project management, development managementand property ownership Craig has a unique understanding of the property industry from many perspectives.
